The best things to see and do in Wembley

You only have to step inside Wembley Park to know that it offers more than a stadium.

It’s a metropolitan hub, lined with restaurants and bars boasting tastes from across the globe, complete with a designer outlet full of our favourite high street brands. A far cry from the Wembley we knew 20 years back. Now, it’s a place to live, socialise, work, play and best of all, a thriving community to be enjoyed.

If you’re yet to explore the neighbourhood, located in North West London, then here’s a virtual sneak peek into things to do in Wembley.

Places to eat

BOXPARK

Promising to satisfy any craving is BOXPARK Wembley. With more than 25 food vendors to pick from, this is the biggest BOXPARK to date. Whether it's Thai cuisine, tongue-tingling curries or mouthwatering Mexican dishes that take your fancy, BOXPARK ticks every box.

Be entertained

When you’ve done eating why not top your night off with an axe throwing session thanks to Bad Axe Throwing? Or venture into Pop Golf, the ultimate playground for pop lovers (beats from all the decades), who also like a spot of mini-golf - does it get any better? Both are located in BOXPARK Wembley.

Places to drink

Black Sheep Coffee

Serving you your caffeine hit by day, before rustling up a pre-dinner cocktail for you in the evening is Black Sheep Coffee. A relaxed atmos’ while providing the perfect pick me - and honestly, does it get any better than enjoying a coffee followed by cocktails, without moving from your seat?

Where to shop

The London Designer Outlet is home to a number of big-name brands and is ideal for those wanting to grab themselves a bargain. With Nike, Adidas, Vans, New Balance and Levi’s just a handful of those on-site, you won’t be able to resist diving head first into a day full of retail therapy at this multi-shop open-air complex.

If you need a break from shopping, why not relax in the nine-screen Cineworld? You’ll find it on the fourth floor of The London Designer Outlet, with a schedule packed full of the latest box office hits.

The art and culture

It’s time to get lost in some serious street art. The Wembley Park Art Trail features more than 15 installations, created by artists from across the world offering a seamless blend of vibrancy, diversity and culture, all in one place. And the best bit is, it’s totally free to enjoy! Phones at the ready, because there are hosts of seriously great snaps for the ‘Gram readily available along the trail.

What we really love about Wembley is the vast opportunities it provides for independent retailers. Get a fresh trip at gender-neutral hair salon Chop Chop, enjoy a yoga session with More Yoga, or get baking bakery school Bread Ahead. Mary Berry eat your heart out!

Be outdoors

Getting outdoors, whether you’re going solo, catching up with friends or meeting loved ones, is unbeatable. Fortunately, Wembley is decorated with open, green spaces, promising to provide the perfect spots for just sitting down and enjoying life.
